Praise for "Persephone" by PVTC Audiences

"Wonderful creativity, beautifully staged and full of humor and drama. We're very fortunate to have these highly talented people in our community."

"My husband and I just got home from the marvelous production of "Persephone" and we highly recommend it! Engaging performances, evocative music, intimate staging and high production quality - a wonderful way to enjoy great theater!"

"Neighbors, if you're a fan of theater -- say the more modern productions in Ashland at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival -- you want to see this play. Terrific acting, a beautiful, intimate set, great lighting, super music. Heavy in parts, great humor in parts. Get your tickets while you can!"

"You reminded me of kneehigh!"

"Your play is brilliant in so many ways, and the pleasure of seeing such sheer excellence brightened our whole week. You’ve made a great myth immensely more meaningful, and the merging of ancient story and modern relevance was seamless and powerful. I’ve seen only one Ashland play that nailed that challenge as skillfully as you have; most attempts feel pretty contrived. Great, great work. I especially loved the patches of extraordinary language and theater, like your four-cornered counterpoint of dark and light, parents and kids, with words resonating and ricocheting off each other while still making sense. Whoever wrote that….! It must have taken a world of practice and split-second timing for that scene to flow as it did. Staging, lighting (!), colors, the level of acting by the leads (including all three heads of Cerberus) - all amazing. It’s hard to imagine this play staged or acted in any other way, it is such a piece with the intelligence and spirit of its creators/cast, but I think you have a play that should travel. Bravo to each and all . Thanks for a huge gift!"

Praise for "Distracted" from PVTC Audiences

"Humorous and moving. Very thought provoking and insightful."

"Outstanding cast (as usual, for PVTC) and great staging. Interesting subject handled with humor and other emotions."

"This is a fantastic show. I would recommend it to anyone who has a child with ADHD, knows a child with ADHD, is a teacher of a child with ADHD, is a sibling of a child with ADHD, is a coach of a child with ADHD, is a relative of a child with ADHD, or anyone who wants to be thoroughly entertained by an amazing cast about a very important issue that effects so many of us. I think this covers just about everyone."
