You’ve made a great myth immensely more meaningful, and the merging of ancient story and modern relevance was seamless and powerful. I’ve seen only one Ashland play that nailed that challenge as skillfully as you have; most attempts feel pretty contrived. Great, great work. I especially loved the patches of extraordinary language and theater, like your four-cornered counterpoint of dark and light, parents and kids, with words resonating and ricocheting off each other while still making sense. Whoever wrote that….! It must have taken a world of practice and split-second timing for that scene to flow as it did. Staging, lighting (!), colors, the level of acting by the leads (including all three heads of Cerberus) - all amazing. It’s hard to imagine this play staged or acted in any other way, it is such a piece with the intelligence and spirit of its creators/cast, but I think you have a play that should travel. Bravo to each and all . Thanks for a huge gift!"
